There is the main 4 red lights district in Manila Philippines. And they are Burgos Street, Ermita, Malate, and ESDA Entertainment Complex. I am also sharing a red-light district in Angeles City which is a little far from Manila. There is no Go – go bars here like Bangkok or Pattaya but they have Bikini bars. Because girls keep on wearing a Bikini.
So let's start with the first Red light district in manila.

1. BURGOS STREET –

Burgos Street is a 200 meters long street in Makati. If this is your first time in Manila then try to come here first. Because you will get everything here you need a girl, beer and rest. 

 In the day time, you will not see any crowed here only some bars are open. But the main thing happens at night when all bars open and the neon light is everywhere. 

 In the night this red-light district In Manila you will see many prostitutes, freelancers, so many people, and many homeless people. Greenbelt the popular mall in Manila is just 15minute far by walking.

 If you want to meet up with a girl red light district in Manila you need to enter a bar. Here you will find many beautiful Filipino girls age around 18 to 25.

 Most of the club bars in Burgos Street will charge you 6000 PHP for one night. 3000 for club manager and 3000 for the beautiful Filipina girl.

2. ERMITA –

This is the oldest red-light district in Manila. During 1980 this place was so popular but not now. You will only see here a few bikini bars. 

 Now, most of the Girly bars are in Del Pilar Street in Ermita. Here if you want to take a girl out from a girly bar you need to pay some bar fine yes same as in Pattaya.

3. MALATE –

ESDA in Manila is the 4th red-light district and you can compare this with Nana Plaza in Bangkok. All you will get in one place. 

 ESDA Entertainment complex is a huge building where you can find many Bikini bars which are all most the same as the Go-go bar of Bangkok.

 This complex is located in Pasay. ESDA is so much popular in tourists because the Girls here are much pretty and young. Of course, thas what you need.

Angeles city is located in Pampanga. It's around 80 Km from Manila. Here you can find all most same environment as Pattaya Thailand. Lots of bars, restaurants and off course many tourists.  In Angeles city, you go to Fields Avenue in this place you will find most of the girls.
