1. Use it or Lose it -
You need to do something every day that challenges your brain. Remember our brain is a muscle to make it strong you need to do exercise.

- Learn or do something new. you should keep on learning no matter what is your age. You can learn so many things. So learn one by one. You can learn photography, driving, swimming, videography, make your own website and Application for phone, etc.
These activities form good connection between neurons in brains. And that makes the brain sharp.
2. Do exercise at least 30 minutes every day -
Doing exercise make good flow in the brain. More blood flow means more oxygen. And more oxygen means more life. Doing exercise daily makes new neuron connections in the brain. Best you can do some aerobic and cardio exercise. Walk more like 5 KM every day. It's a very good brain health. Most highly intelligent people has one common habit and that is they walk so much.
3. Be social -
Yes if you are mixing with people on a daily basis its good for your brain. A study has shown that if you are a good social person, your brain will have enough amount of good brain chemicals. A socially isolated person has lots of chance of developing dementia.
Human is a social animal, so we need people to talk with, play with, entertain with and share with. Our brain is feeling better when we are with people. That's what we should do for making brain healthy.
and isolated or low esteem people will suffer from mental issues.
when we are with other people it's also a good workout for the brain. In research shows, if you are healthy good you will not have memory loss or Alzheimer's.
4. Every day we should eat fruits and vegetables -
Eat different types of fruits and vegetables. Eat very less non-vegetarian food. If you do this every day your brain will say thankyou.
5. Take a good night's sleep every day -
An adult should sleep 6 to 8 hours every day. Better sleep is helping the brain to perform better. Lack of good sleep leads to memory loss and Alzheimer's disease.
Make a fix sleeping time. Don’t change it even at weekends.
6. Eat fish -
You should eat fish at least 3 times a week. Fish will give us Omega 3 because they have DHA and EPA. And that is very important for brain health. if you can cook fish then you can take OMEGA 3 capsules. Yes, consult your doctor first.
7. Do meditation every day -
This is brain exercise. It will make your brain more sharp and peaceful. Meditation increase gray matter in the brain. This gray matter produces neuron cell bodies. As we became older the portion of gray matter starts becoming less. And that leads to poor memory and learning skills.
Meditation also increases some good chemicals in brain-like - Serotonin, Melatonin, GABA and Endorphins. And because of these chemicals brain form new neurons connection.

yes, high sugar intake slows down the brain and reduce learning ability. This is because high sugar destroys neurons' connection in the brain.
Stop eating or drinking those stuff that has added sugar. Like bakery items, cold drinks, and candy, etc.
9. Start painting -
painting improves the connection between the brain.
10. Get enough sunlight -
Sunlight gives us Vitamin D and that is good for the brain. A good amount of Vitamin D helps a lot in the proper function of the brain.
But yes don’t take sunlight in the afternoon because it can burn your skin.
