How to respond to insults

Some time In life we faced insults and most of us don’t know how to responds to it. Insult, This is when someone disrespects you.  If the insult is real not as a joke, then the situation can be dangerous. And if you are active in social media you will definitely get insulted.


And after insulting you may feel like -

> I just want to punch this insulter.

> You stated telling them bad words

> You get so angry

> Some are crying

> Some will just leave the place without saying anything

Why people insult others -

1. Some people insult because they feel better and confident after doing it. Because they are insecure. They want to control the insecurity by putting you down.

2. When people get jealous they do insults.

3. Some insulter can not understand the situation better. For example, you call someone - you look so fat and ugly. You don’t mean to hurt him but whom your insulting maybe take it seriously. And he feels so insulted inside.

How to deal or respond to insult -

1. Stay calm -

Some insulter just wants to makes you feel week and angry. But if you stay calm their desire will not fulfill. Just delete their words from your mind right after they said it.

If you keep those words in you for a long time, only you will suffer. I just forgot about those insulting words.

And if you insult has done in front of lots of people, what should you do?

The best is, just forget about it and don’t care at all what will people think.

Because you know yourself better and not the person who insults you.

If someone insults you because it's your fault then you just need to be calm and you should improve your self.

But if someone is insulting you without any cause then it means that the person is not well, he is mentally sick.

And those people who don’t care about what people will think are the happiest people on earth.   

2. Just tell them calmly what are you feeling after insult. Because not expressing your feeling is also not good. You should tell them, how this insult can ruin your relationships.

3. Just laugh and talk them In a funny way when someone is insulting you. By doing this the insulter will think, you are taking it lightly and he will never do your insult again.

4. Just ignore it and focus on your life. Everyone is getting insulted in there life at some times. Even some people are also insulting god. So who we are? We should just forget the insult because it will come on your way off course and you should focus on your goals.

5. You can take legal action against the person who is insulting you.
