Computer Keyboard Shortcut Keys| How To Became Keyboard Master

Sometimes our computer mouse is not working, so we should know how to use Keyboard shortcuts keys. So you can do all your important tasks on a computer without using a mouse. These keyboards shortcuts are very effective and fast ways to use any program on a computer.

1. Backspace key - If you want to delete what you just write.

2. Delete key - If you want to delete front words then you can use Delete key. If your Backspace key is not working you can use Delete key.

Like this sentence if "I want to delete pizza" by Delete key, I will just put the cursor just after eating then press Delete key.

I want to eat pizza.

3. Alt and Tab key -

Alt+Tab

If you press Alt +Tab key = If want to go another window then use this one. Like if you are working in MS word and want to go google that you already open then just press Alt and tab key together.

>4. Shut down the computer by keyword = Press Alt and F4 key together and then the computer will ask you to shut down then press enter.

5. If you also want to close the current window then press Alt and F4 together.

6. Minimize the windows - If you want to minimize the window that you open and want to go Desktop then just press Window and D letter together.

And if you press it again then widow will appear again.

7. Save the file - ctrl and S Press these together your file will save. So this option is useful if you are using MS office.

 Ctrl+S

8. If you are using a laptop and want to save file Just press these together - Fn (Mostly this key is located right side of window key) and F12. 

 fn+f12 

9.Want to open new documents in MS office use these key -

Ctrl and N

Press these 2 keys together and new documents will open in different window.

Ctrl+N

10. Want to open new Tab in your Search browser then press these 2 keys together -

 Ctrl and T

11. Open and Delete Browing history -

To open just press - 

Ctrl and H

If you want to Delete then press these 3 keys together -

Ctrl + Shift and Delete

Then just press enter.

12.Want to see your downloads in a computer just press these -

Ctrl and J

13. Want todo bookmark any web page or Web URL just type -

Ctrl and D

14. Open a link in a new tab in search Browser -

First press Ctrl and then press on a link in a browser

 Ctrl+click on link

15. If you want to open a tab that you close accidentally -

First press Ctrl and Shift keys then press the T key.

 Ctrl+Shift+T

16. When your computer hangs or any software not working then press these keys -

Ctrl + Alt + Delete

Then just click on Task Manager and close the software that is not working.

17.Want to delete a word in MS office Or get back the file or folder you just deleted then press (Undo)

Ctrl + z

> Want to get the words back that you delete (Redo) -

Ctrl + Y

18.Want to Select a text then press -

Shift+arrow keys

> And If you want to copy it press -

Ctrl + C

This can also be use for copying a file.

19. Want to select all the text in file then press -

Ctrl + A

20. Want to paste a file or text -

Ctrl + V 

21. Want to make a text bold in MS office -

Ctrl + B

22. Want to search anything in Internet browser then press -

Ctrl + E

23. Want to find specific word in MS office -

Ctrl + F

24. Want to go to specific section and page in MS office -

Ctrl + G

25. Want to make any text Italic -

Ctrl + I

26. If you want to print any document from a computer.

Ctrl + P

27. Want to open another file in MS office -

Ctrl + O

28. Want to close a Tab in Internet browser -

Ctrl + W

29. Want to get any help in computer -

Fn + F1

30. Want to rename file -

Fn +F2

31. Want to see a specific word in internet browser -

Fn +F3

32. Want to refresh any web page -

Fn + F5

33. Want to highlight URL in the webpage -

Fn + F6

34. Check spelling and grammar in MS office -

Fn + F7

35. Want to open Menu in MS office -

Shift + F10

36. To see something in full screen in a web browser -

Fn+F11

37. To see My computer options -

Window key + E

38. Lock your computer -

Windows + L

39. Run any program -

Window + R

40. To open any program and apps in Taskbar -

Window + T

41. Open computer settings -

Window + U

42. Open many computer options -

Window + X
