2. EXERCISE DAILY -

Exercise is the best thing that you can do for your brain. By doing daily exercise Dopamine level increases. New brain cells forms.

3. DO MEDITATION -

Already lots of studies have done on meditation benefits. Meditation helps in increasing Dopamine levels and You will feel more focused.

4. SLEEP GOOD -

A night of good sleep is very essential for Dopamine production. During sleep, our brainwash out all the toxins and from better neurons connections. 

Lack of sleep every day leads to low Dopamine and concentration.

We should sleep and wake up at the same time every day.

5. EAT VELVET BEANS -

8. SPEND TIME WITH NATURE -
