How to read people
When we meet the first time with a person we should know what kind of person we are dealing with. By reading people you will know if you should make that person your friends or ignore him. 55 % of a person's personality can be known by his body language. If you know the skill of reading people, your relationships will be good.
What are the benefits if you become a master in reading people -
1. You can easily understand what another person is feeling.
2. If you are in a sale it will help you increase your sale.
3. Help during the interview if you want to identify an individual.
4. You will know who likes and dislike you.
5. You can show that you are confident if you know these skills.
6. You can influence others easily.
Before starting, I will let you know these skills are not 100% true. But yes if you know these skills, you can identify 50% if a person is good or bad.
1. Watch their body language -
Body language says enough about a person. Research has shown that if you want to read a person just see his body language. When we are talking with others 55 % notice our body language. 30% Voice tone and only 7 % of words.
So by watching his body language, voice tone, and what words he said, you will easily know what kind of person you are dealing with.
> If someone is walking straight and looking forward it means he is confident. If someone is walking with sinking shoulders and facing down it means he has low self-esteem.
> If the person you are talking with is leaning towards you it means he is comfortable with you.
> Crossed arm and legs mean that this person is not feeling comfortable.
> If someone is biting or licking his lips and pickling his skin it means he wants to show to others that he is comfortable. But in reality, he is not feeling comfortable.
> Facial expression is the mirror of our emotions. You can easily see if a person is feeling happy or he is sad by looking there facial expression.
> Watch the eye contact. If a person is looking at constantly it means he likes or jealous of you. And if a person can not make eye contact with you means he has low self-esteem or hiding something.
> If a person is raising his eyebrows it means he is surprised or feeling uncomfortable.
> if the person's skin near the eye is crinkling while smiling it means he is comfortable. And his smile is genuine.
> If someone is talking positively about other people it means he is a genuine guy. But if he is saying so many bad things about others and negative it means he is a bad guy.
> If someone is not looking at you while talking, it means that the person is not interested and he just wants to leave.
> If the person handshake is loose and soft it means he is less confident. And if the handshake is hard and crushes your hand that means the person is dominating nature.
> If a person is sweating excessively( weather is nice and cool) and can not say a sentence clearly and not say a confident tone, it means he is nervous. He just wants to leave that situation.
> When someone is playing with shoes while talking with a group of people, it means they are interested in someone in that group.
> If someone is moving his arms during a conversation it means he is confident.
> If someone put his both arms on hips also known as Arms Akimbo it means his dominant nature.
> If someone spread his arm while sitting and put it on another chair it means his domination nature.
> When someone touches there both hands fingers tips also known as steepling it represents more confidence.
2. Believe in your instinct. Most of the time our instinct is true, so you should believe in it. Your mind keeps on giving you signals to be with or ignore that person.
Sometimes the person you meet is looking confident and happy but you feel that it is not good to make a relation with him. So you should also listen to your gut feeling.
