1. Your brain became so a week - You can not concentrate on one thing.
2. You became bald.
3. You will look older than your age.
4. Lack of appetite.
5. Feel week every time.
6. Your physical strength will be gone. You will already feel like 70 in your 25 age.
7. Make your self-esteem very low. You will start hating your self.
8. You can not gain muscle.
9. Living an alone life.
10. Your penis will lose his strength.
11. You feel nervous about social situations.
How to stop masturbation addiction -
1. Put all your electronic device in other room -
During the night spend most of the time with your family. Don’t be alone. Then after just go to sleep. You can read a book if you like. Don’t use your phone or any other electronic devices during the bedtime bedroom.
Just put your electronic devices in another room not where you are sleeping. For alarms use a clock or use an old phone not the smartphone.
If you can not sleep just do meditation or read a book. Don’t use any electronic device.
2. Sleep early - Make a habit to sleep early. Most of the time we do master betting is night. So you have to sleep early.
3. Learn something. We have this sexual energy it will come out after you master bate. But we should use this energy in productive work.
So we can learn so many things like -
- New language
- Videography or Photography
- Reading
- learn to play any musical instrument
- write blogs
Means we should keep our mind busy.
4. Do exercise every day -
Do exercise till you get tired. Like every 1 hour. You should sweat and feel tired after doing exercise.
Start also running in the morning.
Exercise will motivate you to do better things in your life. And you know master betting is bad. So you will stop it.
Exercise also increases your will power. And we sleep better.
5. Do meditation -
By doing meditation, you can control your bad urges. So make a habit to do meditation every day.
You should do meditation in the morning after a workout.
You can also do meditation just before sleeping.
