Food that is bad for your health | Food that you should avoid eating regularly
These things are bad for your health if you consume them on a regular basis. Only because of the fake advertisement we start thinking these products are good for health. And we start taking these products every day.
We are not conscious of our health. We should know what we are eating or else be ready to pay hospital bills. All these food products have high Sodium, Fat, and Sugar. Which are not good for health.
Here are some products that you should avoid taking regularly.
1.SUGARY DRINKS -
Sugar is very dangerous for our health. Sugary drinks have lots of sugar.
Examples of surgery drinks are - Soft drinks or soda cans, Fruits juices in can or bottles, energy drinks and iced tea in bottles.
If we consume these sugary drinks daily we will suffer from heart disease, Obesity, Joint pain, teeth decay, increase acid in the body, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
2.PIZZA -
Pizza made of refined flour and that is not good for health. This flour is a lack of Fibers, Minerals, and vitamins.
This refined flour will incases your sugar level. Pizza also contains much Sodium and fats. Which are not good for your health.
Sugar is the main ingredient in Nutella. 2 tablespoon of Nutella contains around 5 teaspoon sugars.
Imagine if your eating 4 tablespoons of Nutella every day it will make your sugar level so up.
And the incased sugar level is not good for the heart.
Nutella also contains high-fat content. If your child will eat 4 to 6 tablespoons every day of Nutella they can get fat.
4. PACKET NOODLE -
Instant noodles are highly processed and high in fat, sodium, and Calories. These noddles have preservatives that can be dangerous for health if eaten daily.
High Sodium intake makes our blood pressure high. Daily intake of high sodium diet can lead to High blood pressure and kidney problems.
Excessive and daily intakes of instant noodles can lead to heart diseases, Diabetes, and hypertension.
Most instant noodles are made of refined and bleached flour and that flour has no health benefits.
Our stomach needs to take so much time to digest and breakdown these instant noodles. This gives a much load to the Stomach.
5.WHITE BREAD -
White bread is made of refined flour and this flour has very less nutrient value.
Daily intakes of white bread lead to a high blood sugar level. And that can lead to Diabetes.
The best is to try fully whole grain bread if you can not leave without eating bread.
Cakes, cookies, and pastries are made of white sugar, Refined flour, and fats.
7.POTATO CHIPS -
Eating potato chips every day can affect heart health. Potato chips contain acrylamide and that increased the levels of bad cholesterol or trans fat. And this trans fat is the cause of many heart diseases.
Acrylamide is also formed when we make french fries. And this chemical also causes cancer In our body.
Potato chips also contain bad types of saturated fat and sodium.
Potato chips have very little nutrition than a normal potato. Because potato chips are made by deep-frying.
8.PROCESSED FOOD -
Eating processed food regularly has these side effects -
- It causes cancer
- it causes heart problems because processed food has sodium, fat, and sugar in high amounts.
- Too many preservatives in processed food.
9.ICE CREAM -
Ice cream contains a high amount of carbohydrates, sugar, and fats. And if you consume ice cream regularly you will gain much weight.
Most of the ice cream is made of added preservative and artificial color and these are not good for health.
10.MARGARINE -
Margarine is made from vegetable oil by a process known as hydrogenation. And in this process a little bit of Trans fat also produced. Trans fat is not good for our health.
But now there is some Margarine in the market with no trans fat in it. So buy carefully while buying margarine.
11. Deep-Fried food -
Deep-Fried food contains a high amount of saturated and Trans fats.
And if you eat daily fried food then you will suffer from -
- Heart disease, Diabetes, and Obesity
When we heat oil at high temperatures and harmful chemical produce known as acrylamide.
12. Not eating rice just after you cook it-
We should eat rice within 2 0r 3 hours of cooking it. When rice became cold at room temperature like, after 3 to 4 hours of cooking it, bacteria start forming in rice. This bacteria is known as Bacillus cereus.
This Bacteria spread a dangerous chemical on rice and start making it spoiled. If we eat this spoiled rice we will face -
- Food poisoning
- Vomiting
- Stomach pain
- Headache
- Felling week
