How Human Digestive system works

 How Human Digestive system works -

The digestive system made of Digestive track, Liver, Pancreas, and Gallbladder. The digestive tract consists of the Mouth, Esophagus, Stomach, Small intestine, Large Intestine, and Anus.

These Digestive tract organs are hallowed. There are some good bacterias present In our digestive tract and these help In digestion. With the help of the Nerves and circulatory system the food is distributed to every part of the body.

Proper Digestion is very important to stay healthy. Only because of good digestion our body absorbs important nutrients like Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Minerals, Vitamins, and water.

Digestive system breaks -

Proteins = Amino Acids

Fats = Fatty acids

Carbohydrates = Sugar

Mouth -

When we eat food the teeth start making it small and Saliva keeps on mixing with it. Salive moisturizes the food and makes it Alkaline. We should chew our food many times to make it easily digestible.

Esophagus -

And with the help of the Tounge, the food passes to Esophagus. Epiglottis blocks the windpipe so the food can go the Esophagus only.

The muscle in the esophagus starts contracting so the food pass to the stomach.

Stomach -

In the Stomach, the food is mixed with Digestive Juices and Enzymes. The food here with Digestive juice known as Chyme. Digestive juice includes Hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride.

Small Intestine -

Now Stomach pushes the Chyme to the small intestine for more digestion. Here this food mixed with Juices that secreted by the Liver, Pacraese, and Intestine.

Pancrease secretes the digestive juice that breakdown fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

The liver secretes juice known as Bile and that helps digest fats and some vitamins. Bile is stored in Gallbalder when we eat the gallbladder secret this juice to the small intestine.

Wall of the small intestine absorbs water and digested nutrients to our blood. The small intestine also makes digestive juice and that mix with the bile and pancreatic juice to completely break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

The small intestine is around 5 meters long. The small intestine has small finger-like projections known as Villi. These Villi are 1 MM long. These Villi contain blood capillary.

After finishing breakdown the small intestine passes the nutrients to the bloodstream. Now the blood is circulation these nutrients to all over the body to use and store.

Our blood transfers some vitamins, salt, sugar, amino acids, and Glycerol to the liver. Our Liver will store and process these. When our body needs these things the Liver sends it by the bloodstream.

Our body uses Suger, fatty acids, amino acids, and Glycerol to gives us energy, to promote growth and cell repair.

Large Intestine -

Now the undigested food pass to large Intestine. The large Intestine absorb the water and makes a solid waste call stool. The large intestine also contains many bacteria and these bacteria help in destroying the harmful bacteria.

Now the stool passes to the Anus during bowel Movement.
