Rule for drinking water
If you follow these laws for drinking water in your daily life, you will save from many diseases.
1. Never drink water just after eating -
We should not drink water just after eating. We should wait for 1hour. Only after 1 hour, we should drink the water. If you want to drink some liquid then drink –Any fresh fruit juice, Milk, and Yogurt.
Why?
When we eat our food it starts digesting in our body by the stomach. The stomach release acids and gastric juice to digest the food properly.
But when we drink water just after we eat, it creates improper acid and gastric juice balance in the stomach. Because water dilutes these juices. Now our food will not get digested properly.
And undigested food will create so many diseases in our body.
We should also not drink water just before eating and while eating.
If you want to put some liquid in your body just after eating then follow these rules -
If you are taking breakfast then you should take fresh juice just after eating.
In the afternoon after lunch, you should take yogurt in liquid form.
After dinner, you should take Milk.
2. Drink water slowly like you are drink coffee -
Drink water sip by sip the same as how we drink coffee.
Why?
There should be a perfect balance of acid and base in our body. And our digestive system keeps on producing acid from time to time.
To neutralize this acid we need the base. And our saliva is alkaline in nature, so if we drink water by sip the base in saliva will mix with the water.
And that mixture will stabilize the acid in our body. If you keep on doing that you will never face any problem with acidity.
3. Never drink cold water -
When we put cold water in our body it disturbs body temperature. By drinking cold water we can face -
- Digestion problems
- Heart problem
- stroke
We should always drink warm water or normal temperature water.
4. Drink water just after you wake up -
Why?
- It will clean your intestine and remove all the waste product out
- It will put the base in your tummy that will stabilize the acid in our body.
