How to get white teeth by natural ways

 Follow these tips if you want to make your teeth white. All these are home remedies and easy to make. 

1. Activated charcoal -

Just crush a little bit activated charcoal on your toothbrush and now brush your teeth.


2. Lemon and baking soda -

Just get one tablespoon of baking soda, Little toothpaste, and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in it. Mix it well and now brush your teeth with this mixture.

Don’t do this method more than 1 times a week. And finish brushing within 1 minute when using this method.

3. Powdered milk and toothpaste -

Milk is a good source of calcium which makes teeth strong and also shiny. Just add a little bit of milk powder on your toothpaste and then brush your teeth.

4. Ginger and salt -

Grate some ginger and add half teaspoon salt, a little bit of toothpaste and squeeze half lemon in it. Now mix it properly and put it on your brush. Now brush your teeth. Do this remedy 2 times a week for the best result.
