If you want spiritual, physical, and mental growth then you should do Celibacy. Try Celibacy for 6 months then see the changes in you. You will be amazed by seeing those positive changes within you.

In yoga, Celibacy is known as Brahmacharya. In India people used to do Brahmacharya before. They know what is the benefits of preserving semen for years.

An Indian book named as “Acharya Sushruta” which was written in 600 AD. There is a one-paragraph from this book that says - The food we eat it became - blood - Muscle - fatty tissue - Bone - Bone marrow and last semen form.

Ayurveda says 80 drops of blood make 1 drop of semen. 

And takes so many days to form semen in man. And if you keep on wasting it by doing masturbation or involving in physical contacts that will lead to so much energy loss from your body.

Our body spends so much energy to make one cell of semen. When we ejaculate semen, we waste so many sperms cells. that makes our body so tired. 

If you are married, then only use semen for making new birth. And if you are unmarried then never ever waste it. 

And you have to face these consequences if you keep on wasting your semen -

- You will feel tired every time

- Look older than your age

- Brainpower will decrease

- Bone and muscle became so weak

- Poverty

- low self-confidence

- Can not decide what you want in life

- You will die soon

- You will have so many diseases

- When that person became old, he will suffer a lot. He will suffer from many diseases and his brainpower will be so less. 

In celibacy practice, you need to preserve your semen in your body. You should not waste it on any physical and masturbation activity.  

Only because of the internet we are wasting this very important fluid. By watching useless Hollywood movies, we don’t take semen seriously. We keep on wasting it.

Don’t listen to those who keep on saying masturbation and semen wastage is normal. It is not normal, semen made to create a new life not for wasting.
