2. Our brain changes its shape and structure if we watch porn frequently. And those changes are not good for us.  

3. Watching porn affects the brain reward center. Due to this, our brain starts releasing many chemicals and by those chemicals, we feel good. When we get addicted we need to watch porn to get the same effect or kick. 

We feel no enjoy other activities like sports and traveling. Because we destroy Neurotransmitter receptors in the brain by watching porn.

4. Porn makes our mental health so poor. People who watch porn can be depressed, less confident, and socially anxious. They can not concentrate on one thing. The memory will become so weak.

5. Porn user has less Gray matter in Brain. Gray matter is very important because in this area new neurons form.

6. Porn makes our brain so a week, every activity where we need more brain help like study, decision making, self-control, and learning something gets affected.
