How to reprogram Subconscious Mind

 To be successful there should be proper morning and evening routine. Today I will tell you about one small habit that you can do in the evening can change your life.

If you keep on doing this habit every night you can reprogram your subconscious mind for your dream success. So you can do whatever you wish.

If our beliefs are not good about ourselves, how can we get success in life? And these belief forms when we were children. But you can change your belief about yourself, your life, and your future.

YOUR LIFE IS ALL ABOUT YOUR PAST BELIEF

Whatever you were in your childhood, 90 % chances are you will be same as that in your later life. Because of the subconscious mind. And if our childhood beliefs are negative we have to change them or else we can not live our life fully.

You just need to reprogram your mind.

Every night just before sleeping You need to do something that will change your life. You have to do it every day at night just for 5 to 10 minutes. Don’t use the phone while doing this and after this practice.

WHAT I NEED TO DO -

Every day just before 10 minutes of sleeping you can do one of these 2 things to reprogram your subconscious mind. You can sit or just lie down on the bed while doing this. 

- visualize whatever you want to achieve in your life. Make a picture or a video of your dream. Think you have already it and you are living your dream life. Do it for 5 to 10 minutes then sleep.

Example of visualizing -

1. I am happy and confident with people

2. People are listening to me and respecting my opinion

3. I am so rich

4. I am traveling all over the world and living like a king

5. I am so happy and satisfied with my life

6. My family is so happy

7. I am healthy

WHY ONLY NIGHT -

Just before sleeping our conscious mind also start sleeping but our subconscious mind is fully working. Whatever we will feed the subconscious mind at that time, he will get programmed the same way.

Don’t BE HAPPY, IT TAKES TIMES. You are changing your belief and that takes time.

Now our subconscious mind will make a path and show you direction whatever you are feeding him.

So this is the magic time, don’t waste time by using electronic devices.

WHY THIS PRACTICE WORKS -

We have 2 kinds of Mind - Conscious and subconscious mind. Conscious mind we use while we are awake. Most of the time we use the conscious mind.

When we sleep our conscious mind stops working but our subconscious mind still working. Analyzing everything that we did, we thought. 95% we do things that feed in our subconscious mind.

That's why the Subconscious mind is so powerful than the conscious mind.
