Plank is a very effective core exercise and you can do it anywhere. Plank doesn’t need any types of equipment.
How to do plank exercise -
Come on Push up position now bent your arms. Back and leg straight and head facing down. Stay in this position for some time.
At start hold, one plank at least for 30 seconds after you can increase the time.
