We start living life after we came out of our comfort zone. We don’t want to comes out from our comfort because it makes us uncomfortable. So if we want to live our life fully we have to face our fear and step out of our comfort zone.

How you can identify your discomfort situation -

Just see where you feel nervous, uncomfortable, you can not talk confidently and you just want to leave that place. 

Make a list where you feels nervous or fear like -

Talking to girl 

Public speaking 

Driving

Swiming 

Traveling 

Talking with strangers

Difficult situations

People are watching you

1. Now start doing one by one. You have to face them but the start will a small-time. Slowly you will feel that my fear was nothing. It was nothing. 

If you get nervous during public speaking then you can join public speaking courses. 

Or you start talking only for some minutes with your friends or family. 

2.Dont say negative words to yourself. These negative words will make you feel low every time. You should say some positive affirmation to yourself every day in the morning. 

- I am fearless

- I am confident

- I can do everything

- I am enjoying my life 

- People love me

- I have many friends

3.Practise and practice. You need to keeps on doing those things that make you uncomfortable or you fear.
