How to cure joint pain naturally | Natural Cure For Joint Pain & Arthritis 

Joint pain is very common nowadays. In this post, you will learn how to cure joint pain naturally -



1. Boil half liters of fresh cow milk. Now put that hot milk in a glass. Now mix 1table spoon of pure turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of pure cow ghee. Mix this mixture properly. Now drink this mixture while standing. Don’t drink it while sitting. 

Turmeric and Ghee should be pure. Get turmeric the pure one from the market and make its powder yourself. Don’t use the readymade turmeric powder. 

2.Take 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon powder and a half tablespoon of honey. Mix both properly and start eating every day empty stomach in the morning till your pain goes away. 

3.Soak 1 tablespoon of Ajwain (carom seeds) in one glass of water overnight. And drink the water in the morning empty stomach. Do this daily till 10 days then give 1-day break then start again till 10 days. Do this process till your pain goes away. 

Don’t eat the Ajwain seeds in the morning, drink only the water. 

4.Eat more green vegetables daily. Also, add some fruits to your diet. 

5.Drink daily watermelon juice. Watermelon has phosphorus and that is good for bone health. It also maintains proper blood circulation within joints. 

6.Do exercise every day. Yes, exercise first loses your weight and it also making joint healthy. 

7.Take sunlight every day for 30 minutes. The best time to take sunlight is before 10am. For best result wear only shorts. Sunlight will give you vitamin D and that is very important for bone health. 

8.Eat more calcium-rich food like Milk, Cheese, Yogurt other dairy products, fish, Almonds, Tofu, and green vegetables. 

What should you stop if you want to cure joint pain -

1.Masturbation and over physical interaction

2. Non-vegetarian diet

3.Sugar

4.Processed food

5.Alcohol

6.Smoking
