If your height you feel better and confident. You can also increase your height if your age is more than 20 years. The best thing about the human body is, You can change it as you want it. And it will possible only with some exercise and diet plan. So if you wish to increase your height then follow these steps, that I will tell you. 

1.Walk and sit straight - 

When you walk and sit straight then your spine became straight and flexible. This helps in gaining height. 

2.Sleep better -

While sleeping our body release human growth hormone and that leads to a better height. Human growth hormone or HGH is released by Pituitary Gland in our brain. So you should sleep at least 6 - 8 hours every night. 

3.Try acupressure point -

To increase the height you should press the top of your thumb from the soft side. Start pressing your hand thumb upper part at least for 10 minutes every day. You can use any hand. 

4.Do these exercises -

- Pull-ups and hanging - 

When we do pull-ups and hanging it stretches our spine. Gravity also pulls us down and that helps in increasing the height. These exercises also activate every part of our body.

You should do Pull-ups and hanging exercises every day for 10 - 20 minutes. 

- Do running every day at least for 30 minutes. It also helps a lot in increasing height.

- Jumping - 

- U stretch - Stand straight, now just bend down and touch your feet with your hand. Now your body will be in U shapes. This exercise will stretch your spine and that will leads to grow your height. You need to stay in this position for at least 1 minute. And do more than 10 sets. 


5.Losse your weight -

If you are overweight then you need to lose it for increasing height. You can start your weight loss journey by running every day for at least 20 minutes. 

6.Diet with a good amount of Proteins, Vitamins, and minerals -

If you want to incase your height then you have to eat a healthy diet. A healthy diet means -

Protein - Milk, Soybeans, Chickpeas, animal meat like fish and egg.

Minerals - Mix fruits and vegetables

Vitamins - Fruits and vegetables
