7. Don’t keep on thinking about the past and future. Just live in present. If you have done any mistakes then don’t repeat them in present. 

Give a new direction to your life by not repeating the mistakes you have done in your past life.

Because in these conditions our mind is not working fully. So if we take any decision during these situations it can be wrong later.

9.You have your own goals in life. Do hard work to achieve them, don’t compare yourself with others. 

10. Don’t do any bad or wrong thing because it will take your self-respect away. To be honest, if you want good self-confidence and self-respect.
