What is meditation and what are meditation benefits

It's a technique to control your thoughts and mind. Every successful person is doing meditation on daily basis. So if you wish to become a successful and happy person then start doing meditation every day.  

HOW TO DO IT –

To do meditation just finds a peaceful and comfortable place. Then sit and close your eyes and focus on your breath. 

If you are doing it the first time there will so many thoughts that will come into your mind. It will be difficult for you to concentrate on your breathing because the frequency of these thoughts will be much.

So now what you have to do is keep on deleting those thoughts one by one and make your mind focus on your breath. It will only possible if you make meditation a habit.

I found doing meditation perfect after doing exercise.

Benefits of doing meditation every day –

NOTE -

If you want to get these all benefits from meditation you have to do it every day for at least 10 to 20 minutes. Yes, only 10 to 20 minutes from your 1400 minutes in a day. So it's not a big deal, start it from now and get these all benefits.

1) Meditation helps to reduce stress because it reduces the production of stress-producing hormones call Cortisol.

And help to increase good feeling hormone-like serotonin and Dopamine.

So if you are suffering from any kind of anxiety-like social anxiety then Meditation is your cure. 

Meditation is also very helpful for curing depression.

3.  Life will become happier and makes you a less angry person. Meditation will control the frequency of negative thoughts in your mind. 

4.  Meditation attracts some good habits as well. Maybe you will stop smoking or drinking completely after doing meditation.

5. It increases concentration and focus. 

6.  Meditation is good for heart health. It improves blood circulation and lowers the heart rate.

7. It helps boost memory. Your chance of getting Dementia will be less. Which is a brain disease where our memory lose? We start forgetting things. But by doing meditation, your memory power increase.

8.  It will increase Gray matter in the brain. Which helps in self-awareness, compassion, and introspection.

9. By doing meditation neurons' connection became strong in our brain. 

10. If you are doing semen retention then meditation will help your energy to flow better inside you. You can use your semen energy for better use by meditation. 

11. If you want to grow spiritually then meditation will help you in that. 

12. If you want to open your third eye start doing meditation on daily basis.
