If we consume beer In a moderate amount then it will give us many health benefits. Moderate means less than 500 ml or 16 Ounces. But first, consult your doctor about it. 



- Don’t drink if you will drive.

- Drink only in limited quantity

- Don’t drink if you any serious physical problems

like stomach ulcers, Asthma, Brain disorder, High BP, other Heart, and liver problems. 

- Don’t drink during Pregnancy and breast-feeding

- Don’t drink if you have trouble sleeping (insomnia)

If you drink more than 500ml beer for a long time it will lead to so many health complications like - Mental problems, memory loss, heart problems, Malnutrition, liver problems, Inflammation of the pancreas, and cancer of the digestive tract.

1.Beer helps in preventing kidney stones -

According to a recent study the man or woman who drinks a limited amount of beer, reduced their risk of kidney stone by 41%. 

2.Beer has more nutrition value than other alcoholic drink -

Beers are full of antioxidants because they contain flavonoids from barley and hops. Beer also contains protein, vitamin B, Iron, Potassium, Calcium, phosphates, and fiber. 

3.Beer lowers the level of bad cholesterol - 

Soluble fiber present in beer helps in reducing LDL or bad cholesterol. Remember the quantity, not more than 500 ml. More alcohol content is not good for the heart. 

Beer also has vitamin B espessaly Folic acid. This vitamin helps in preventing heart attacks.

But if you already have one of these heart problems then you should stop drinking beer.

This ingredient also stops cancer-causing enzymes.

Silicon content in beer helps to strengthen the bone. Dietary silicon is a form of orthosilicic acid (OSA), which is very important for bone health. As a result, it also reduces to risk of Osteoporosis. 

6.No Diabetes - 

If you will drink beer in a moderate amount, the chance of having type 2 Diabetes will be less. 

7.Can cure cancer -

some beers are also good sources of antioxidants and the darker beer is, the more has antioxidants. These Antioxidants fight free radicals in your body and that reduce the risk of chronic conditions and certain forms of cancer.
