Before I will start just eat very little fried and less spicy food. And try only a single remedy 1 time.
1.Boil 1 glass of water and put some small ginger pieces in it. Remove the outer shell of the ginger. Now boil again water for 2 minutes. Now leave this water for some time so it will be colling.
Now if ginger water is already cool put it in a glass now add 1 tablespoon of onion juice to it. You can also add pure honey to it if you want, it's an option.
Do this method till your manpower will increase. Take it after 30 minutes from Dinner.
2.Eat 3 - 4 roasted garlic cloves after dinner or you can eat them raw as well.
3.Eat Ginger with Honey. You can take one tablespoon of juice from ginger and mix it with one tablespoon of honey.
4.Get an ashwagandha tablet or powder and take it with warm milk.

- soft drinks
- energy drinks
6.Take daily sunlight for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Sunlight helps in boosting testosterone levels in men.
7.Take a cold shower and this will helps in increasing sperms count. A cold shower also releases stress.
8.Yoga can also help in curing many sexual diseases in men. Sit comfortably on the floor or chair now close your eyes and contracts your anus.
Breath in while contracting the anus and breath out while releasing it. Keeps on doing practice for 5 to 10 minutes every day. This yoga is known as Mulbandh.
You can also do Mulbandh yoga during pranayama like anulom vilom.
9.Soak 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seed overnight. The next day on an empty stomach eat the fenugreek seed and drink the water.
10.Walk daily for at least 30 minutes. It increases the blood circulation in the penis. It will also cure premature ejaculation.
11.Take 1 teaspoon of Asafoetida and fry it with 1 tablespoon of ghee for some time. Now let it cool and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Now eat this mixture every day on an empty stomach for 40 days or till you feel the change in your manpower.
