Akshardham temple in Delhi is a Hindu temple. The other name of this temple is "Swaminarayan Akshardham".

Akshardham Temple in Delhi is created by Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
This temple has very nice and attractive architecture. Most of the tourists who come Delhi to visit they defiantly go this place. This temple officially opened on 6th November 2005. Word 'Akshardham' means the divine abode of God. The temple was build according to vastu shastra. There are many exhibition halls that provide information about Swaminarayan.

THE TEMPLE COMPLEX COINTAINS -

1)  Abhisheka Mandap
2) Sahaj Anand water show or Musical fountain
3) Thematic garden
4) Neelkanth Darshan
5) Sanskruti Darshan (cultural boat ride)

ENTRY FEE -

There is no entry fee in Akshardham in Delhi. But you need to pay for water show. There is very nice food court inside where you can enjoy Indian and continental food.

WATER SHOW -

Water show in Akshardham temple in Delhi is really amazing. You can’t make a video or take picture because every electronic equipment’s will be handover to clock room before you come here.

Tickets:
Adults (Age 12+): ₹ 80
Seniors (Age 60+): ₹ 80
Children (Age 4 – 11): ₹ 50
Children (Below Age 4): Free
Timings: First show will starts soon after sunset.
Multiple shows may be held during weekends or public holidays. (Currently 7:45 PM)
Time of show - 24 minute

All visitors must pass through metal detectors
Frisked by security personnel
Searched by security personnel
Smoking & alcohol consumption within the parking and campus is strictly prohibited
Carrying alcohol and banned substances in vehicles is strictly prohibited within the parking and campus
Upper Wear: Must cover the shoulders, chest, navel, and upper arms
Lower Wear:  at least below knee-length
