Baguio Cathedral is Roman Catholic cathedral, located in session road in Baguio Philippines. This is one of the popular tourist attractions in Baguio and biggest church of this place. During holly weeks and public holidays many devotees and people visit this church.

You will find nice sitting arrangement in cathedral ground. A beautiful garden is also located in this place where you can find different types of plants and flowers. One of the reason people loves to come here because this place gives beautiful views of downtown commercial area, Burnham Park, city hall, and Camp Allen.

This church has much value in Philippines history and in bad time this church was given stay for many people. Lots of people are selling many items like candles and rosary outside of this cathedral. The cathedral is dedicated to Our Lady of Atonement.

Construction of cathedral was start on 1920 and was open for people on 1936. This cathedral looks very beautiful from outside due to pink color in top of it. And it’s nicely decorated from inside. If you are a visitor please maintain silence in church area. Wedding are also happening in this place during afternoon times. You can get the list for wedding requirements from church office.

HOW TO REACH HERE –

BY WALKING – 1) If you like to walk on more than 100 stairs you can take those from From Session road.
2)In Session road go to Porta Vaga hopping Mall and exit from top floor from this mall to cathedral parking.
BY CAR – Go to road going to Baguio post office building. You can park your car cathedral ground.
BY BUS – Get down in Victory Liner Terminal in Engineer’s Hill and from there ride a taxi. In Baguio Cathedral one time 850 person can do prayer.
