Bangkok International Airport – Suvarnabhumi is one of the international airports in Bangkok Thailand. Suvarnabhumi is a Sanskrit word that means “Land of God”. There are two international airports in Bangkok. The other one is Don Mueang International Airport.


This airport covers 3,240 hectares area that will make it one of the biggest airports in Southeast Asia. Suvarnabhumi airport starts its international operation on 28th September 2006. Mainly this airport operates Thai airways international, Thai smile Airways, and Bangkok airways.
