If you love snow and you are Delhi then just go to Mall of India. Temperature of this place remains below then -10 degree delicious. Here you can do many activates like skating, skiing tobogganing and much more. Staff will provide you jackets and other stuff. Better if you got socks with you. There are cafe inside where you can have Maggie, tea, coffee etc.
It will cost you around 1200 INR for 1 hour 30 minute.
