WRIGHT PARK IN BAGUIO

Wright Park in Baguio is one of the popular tourist places. This park is nice to travel with your family and friends. If you love photography this place is perfect for you. It’s famous for horse riding.  Both side of roads you will see beautiful pines trees and a pool with many colored fishes. Across the roads decorative lights are installed. This pool facing front side of "The Mansion house" (the official summer residence of the Philippines president).

 If you want to click picture with native dress and people, you can get it in few peso. And there are some big dogs here; you can take picture with them as well in 50 Peso. You can also buy handicrafts made by Igorot’s or local people in end of this park.

Weekends and in holidays many people visit Wright Park in Baguio. There are more than 200 horses and ponies available in this park. You can rent these ponies or horses and travel around. Pink colored ponies also available here. Small children will like this much. A small house or hut it also here to sit and relax. If you want to come here in raining seasons don’t worry horse owner will provide you umbrella.

HISTORY –

Wright Park in Baguio named after its architect Governor "Luke E. Wright".  He made this park for American soldiers and people.

LOCATION –

This park is located in east part of Baguio. Famous “The Mansion house” is just near to this park.

HOW TO REACH WRIGHT PARK IN BAGUIO –

BY TAXI – If you are coming from Session road to Wright Park it will cost you around 60 Pesos.
BY JEEPNEY- Ride a Jeepney named Plaza to Mines view from Session road. It will cost you 10 Peso per person.
