How to stop drinking alcohol -
If you want to stop drinking Alcohol try these methods and I am sure you will stop it permanently.
1. Do exercise daily and also breathing exercises in the morning. Exercise will make your health-conscious and breathing exercises will give you will power to stop alcohol.
2. Drink one tablespoon each of ginger juice + lemon juice with a glass of normal temperature water. Drink in an empty stomach for fast results.
3. Set a date and use your will power. Never start it again.
4. Know the benefits of stopping drinking alcohol and side effects on it.
5. Take one tablespoon Ajwain or Ajowan caraway and boil with one glass of water. Then stain the ajwain and drink the water daily twice.
You can also make it for many days. If you taking half KG of Ajwain then get 4 little of water, every time take 8 times more water then ajwain.
Then boil this mixture till water remains less than half. Put it in a bottle. Drink it twice a day.
6. Sit comfortably and close your right nostril with your finger then inhale and exhale air through left nostril only. Keep on doing this till 5 minutes every day in the morning. This exercise will increase your will power for stoping alcohol. It will also make your mind strong.
7. Cut ginger in small pieces then put lemon juice on it. Then also add some black slat a little bit. Now put this mixture under the sun, so it will dry properly. Now eat these pieces of ginger every day whenever you feel the urge for alcohol or tobacco.

If you don’t want to make this mixture at home you can go to any Homeopathy shop and buy a sulfur botel. This sulfur will be in liquid form. Just get 200 power Sulfur botel. And do it 3 times in a week in an empty stomach just 1 drop on your tongue and put it inside your tummy.
If you still feel urges, then keep taking 1 drop every week. Once in a week. Till you stop all your bad addiction.
8. Drink fresh apple juice every time when you feel the urge to drinking. Replace alcohol with apple juice.
If you can not find fresh apple juice then you can try apple cider vinegar. Just get one spoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it with little normal water then drink it. This is also very effective to leave an alcohol addiction.
