Think your age is 70 plus and now you have a grandson which is 20 years old. What lessons you will tell him that he will not regret his life as you do.

We all make some mistakes in our life but we should never repeat those.

So here are some common mistakes we do in our life -

1. Much Attraction toward female -

Yes, we waste most of the time thinking about the girl and bang bang. We should remove our minds from these girls and do that will help us to live our life better in the future.

Yes I know during our young age it seems impossible to distract your mind from girls. But if you can do that you will never regret in your life.

You should so something productive like exercise, learn something and meditation.  

When we are busy with girls we are going away from those things that are so important.

The first time you spend a good time with a girl, from then you start becoming so habitual and it will be so difficult for you to out.

For doing enjoy yourself there is your wife. You can do it with her. And if you are not married yet you have to control your mind to wait until marriage.

But the sad truth is most of us can not control their desire and they regret it.

Sometimes these desires became so powerful we don’t think about our future.

2. Do masturbate -
Doing masturbation frequently leads to poor mental and physical health. It makes you so week. Your willpower will be finished.

3. Don’t have goals -
Making no goals in life leads to no direction and wastage of time.

4. Addiction - 
Doing addiction spoils our physical and mental health. It's very hard to leave those. They only leave us when we die.

5. Fear -
 We keeps on thinking if I will do this I don’t what will happen so better I will not do. Because of fear we miss so many good opportunities in life.

6. We neglect our health - 
We keep on saying we are so busy that we can not even do 30 minutes of exercise every day. Lack of physical activity and lack of eating good lead to so many diseases.

7. Not gaining knowledge -
We waste lots of time doing useless things. And then after year passes, you realise o man if I had learned this, that would be better.
