It's difficult to form a good habit, It takes time. You have to stick it every day for many years. After your dedication then it will become your habit. In this post, I will share with you those goods habits that will surely change your life for the better.
1. WAKE UP EARLY -
You should wake up at least 5 am every day. This is the best habit that you can build and sure will change your life. Just decide first what you going to do in the morning. In the early morning, the environment is so fresh and nice.
2. DRINK WATER AFTER YOU WOKE UP IN MORNING -
While sleeping our body gets dehydrated, and when we drink water in the morning after we just wake up it will hydrate our body. And we feel better and energetic.
The second things are if we drink water in the morning after we just woke up we put the saliva inside our stomach. That saliva is very important for better stomach health.
Drink little warm water at least 1 full glass. You can add lemon if you want that will add more benefits.
3. DO EXERCISE AT LEAST FOR 1 HOUR -
Exercise releases endorphin, which is a good feeling hormone. A regular physical fight with depression, anxiety, and loneliness. You will feel confident and energetic. Most importantly you will stay away from many diseases.
4. DO MEDITATION -
Meditation makes our mind feel good to start doing it from today. And you will start enjoying life more. Meditation helps to reduce stress because it reduces the production of stress-producing hormone call Cortisol.

5. DO SOME BREATHING EXERCISE -

6. RUN IN MORNING FOR 10 MINUTES AT LEAST -
Run for 10 - 20 minutes then you can just walk for 10 - 20 minutes. Walking and running are a great way to be healthy.

3. Raisons - Soaked
4. Walnuts
5. Cashew nuts

8. Ashwagandha powder
Soak some dates, chickpea, raisins, and almonds overnight. Put one spoon honey as well. You drink the water in the morning where you soaked these all. Then grind every ingredient date, almonds, Raisins, walnuts, chickpea, and cashew nuts in the morning.
Now put these mixtures in boiling milk. And mix 1 tablespoon of Ashwagandha powder its milk. Now drink it when it's a little warm. This remedy is also perfect for an energy boost and increases sexual power.

Sleep in very important for a healthy body and mind. If you sleep well, you will be more productive and healthy.
13. JUST PICK THOSE HABITS THAT YOU FEELS IS SO IMPORTANT -
Don’t start doing it all together. Start slowly but regularly. If you will pick all sure you will fail after some time.
