What are the benefits of eating Garlic with honey


Eating garlic with honey in the morning in an empty stomach will cure many problems that occur in our bodies. Eat only raw garlic then cut or smash it then mix it with honey.

It's better to eat this mixture every other day not every day because garlic is so hot in the body. So use it every other day. 

Just take 2 garlic cloves and cut it in small pieces or grind it then put it in a small bowl. After just add one tablespoon of honey then mix it properly. Then you can have it. You can drink water just after eating this mixture. Don't eat more than 3 cloves of garlic per day because it can be dangerous.  

If you are feeling any physical problems after eating this then you should stop it or consult your doctor.
