Ashwagandha or Withania Somnifera is a natural herb that provides many benefits to the body and brain. Ashwagandha is the most important herbs in Ayurveda (Indian natural way to treat disease).

In Ayurveda, this plant is considered as the powerhouse for the human body. Ashwagandha roots, leaves and its fruits are used to make medicine.


In India, its has been used since 3000 years before. Ashwagandha is a Sanskrit word and that means Horse smell. Because its roots smell like a horse. It also gives you the power and strength like a horse.

Ashwagandha is also known as Indian Ginseng and Winter cherry.
