The kidney is one of the most important organs in the human body. Kidney helps in -

> Help in the Production of Red Blood cells. 

> Remove toxins.

> Eliminate excess water.

> Keeping a nice PH level (Acid and Base).

> Maintain a proper level of minerals in our blood.

> Kidney release hormones that help in bone health.

But due to our some bad habit we damage our kidney. 

In every minute's Kidney filter around a half a cup of blood and remove toxins from it. Then it makes the urine. This urine stored in the bladder.

So here are the lists of those bad habits that damage your kidney -

 

1. EATING TOO MUCH SALT -

If you like to eat more salty food then be prepare for kidney problems. Salt has Sodium and that leads to high blood pressure. This condition is not good for Kidney.

Make your salt intake very less. And check ingredients before buying any products.

2. EATING MUCH PROCESSED FOOD -

Most of the processed food contains a high amount of Phosphorus and Sodium. And these both are very harmful to the kidney. Some examples of processed food are -

> Cereals

> Cheese

> Milk and soft drinks

> Cakes and cookies

> Bread

> Canned meat and vegetables

> Hot dog

3. NOT DOING EXERCISE -

Exercise daily is very important for proper kidney function. Exercise improves blood flow in our body and helps in better glucose metabolism. And these both play an important role in maintaining good kidney health.

And don’t do over workout, because it can lead to damaged muscle tissue. These damaged tissue mix with your blood and gives kidney an extra workload. It can lead to kindly failure.

4. USE OF ALCOHOL AND NICOTINE -

If you have a bad habit of drinking alcohol daily In much quantity, then your chance became double of having kidney disorders.

And if you smoke while drinking then your chance of kidney problems will be 5 times higher then a person who did not smoke and drink.

And it is also not good if you drink only sometimes but too much and fast.

5. EATING TOO MUCH SUGER -

Most of our house is now full of sugar. The sugar is presented in most of the things that you buy from the market. Like -

> Low fat Yogurt

> BBQ sauce

> Ketchup

> Fruit Juice

> Soft drinks

> Chocolate milk

> Premix coffee powder

> Canned fruits

> Cereals

It's better to check the ingredients before buying any products from the market.

Hight sugar intake increase -

> Blood pressure

> Diabetes

And these 2 factors are not good for kidney health.

Kidney and heart depend on each other, Kidney help In removing toxins from the blood. When you have high blood pressure, the blood passes through the kidney very fast and Kidney also needs to work faster.

In this condition Kidney can damage easily.

6. EATING TOO MUCH MEAT -

When we eat too much meat then it produces so much acid in our body. This acid needs to eliminate from our body through Kidney. 

But due to the high amount of this acid sometimes the kidney can not filter it due to overload. That's lead to kidney disorders.

You should not consume meat every day, or if you can not do that,, make meat quantity less. And eat more fruits and vegetables.

Our diet should be balanced with lost of fruits and vegetables.

7. NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER -

Water helps kidney throw out toxins and sodium from the body. And if you want to avoid kidney stone then the best way is to drink enough water.

We should drink at least 2 little water every day. And if your pee color Is yellow it means your body needs water.

8. NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP -

A good night's sleep maintains Kidney healthy. Our sleep cycle coordinate with kidney functions. During sleep Kidney is healing itself. 

But if you will not sleep a good, the kidney will not heal itself properly and that's lead to serious kidney problems.

9. TAKING PAINKILLERS -

Most of us have a habit of taking painkillers like Aspirin, Naproxen, and Ibuprofen with consulting with a doctor. This habit can lead to serious kidney problems.

10. NOT PEEING ON TIME -

When we control our pee then it remains a long time in our bladder. That's leading to growing bad bacteria fast and finally, your kidney will suffer.

 11. TAKING TOO MUCH CAFFEINE -

 Too much Caffeine leads to high blood pressure and narrowing blood vessels. 2 cup of coffee a day is perfect.
