In this post, you will learn how to remove toxins from your body easily. Nowadays it's little difficult to keeps our body healthy because -

> Using so many chemicals in foods
> Eating Much processed and Fried food
> Eating processed sugar


The human body is like a machine it needs cleaning from time to time. Most of the time body can clean itself but if you want enhanced body cleaning then you have to try some methods.

Toxins cause so many health problems like -

> Skin problems
> Heart, Kidney and liver issues
> Obesity
> Diabetes
> Make blood thick and that leads to High blood pressure and heart attack.
> Week vision
> Lazyness
> Brain fatigue
> Arthritis
> Asthma
> Constipation

Now let's see how you can detox your body -


1. Give your body time -
Our body can heal itself from these toxins only when it's not digesting food. So you have to give your body time to heal itself. Like you can do dinner before 7 PM then don’t eat anything till 7 AM of another day.

If you can hold your hunger a little longer like till 11AM then you will get amazing benefits. But this is tough to do I know. So better at least 12 hours.  

Don’t drink and eat anything between these hours. Yes, of course, you can drink water or fresh fruit juice but don’t drink coffee or tea.

And take a light meal in the night so the body can easily digest it and start its healing process soon.

If you give your body these 12 hours then the body starts removing these toxins from the body by urine, poop, sweat, and respiration.

2. Drink beetroot juice -
Beetroot contains calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, and Vitamin C. If you start drinking 1 glass of beetroot juice it will make your liver healthy. You can also use Beetroot as a salad.

3. Drink green tea -
Green tea or if you can find Kahwa green tea is best for body purification. Drinking Green tea regularly helps in Weight loose and better digestion.

4. Apple cider vinegar -
Mix some Apple cider vinegar with luke water and drink it every other day in an empty stomach. It's very good remedies for detoxification of the body.

Apple cider vinegar has Ascitic acid which increases the growth of good bacteria in our body and destroys bad bacteria.

5. Drink pure coconut water -
Coconut water removes toxins very fast from the body. So this is the best remedy for body detox. Coconut water contains a good amount of Antioxidants and electro light. And these very helpful for cleaning our body from inside.

6. Do daily 1 hour of exercise -
Doing exercise regularly has lots of benefits and one of them is removing waste. Exercise makes us sweat and takes remove most of the toxins from our bodies. Exercise also improves digestion and blood circulation.

7. Drink more water -
The maximum percent of our body made of water so it's necessary to keeps on drinking a good amount of water. Water also helps in flushing out toxins from the body.

Drink at least 2 glasses of water with some lemon, after you wake up in the morning. It will help in making digestion better.

8. Make one glass of Juice from these things -
Just get a little amount of juice from all these things and mix it with little water then drink at least once a week.

> Cucumber
> Ginger
> Lemen
> water

9. Drink some green smoothies -
After you had your breakfast start making green smoothies. They are a great source of healthy nutrients and also detox your body.

You can mix your desired green fruits of vegetables. Like spinach, banana, kiwi, ginger and lemon.

10. Do some breathing exercise -
Breathing exercise eliminates so many toxins by respiration. It also provides a good amount of oxygen to our cells.

11. Better sleep -
During sleep, our body removes all the toxins from the body so it's healing its self during sleep. But if you don’t get enough sleep every time these toxins will not get removed. And you will suffer by having anxiety, stress, High blood pressure, Diabetes, and Obesity.

Our body needs at least 7 hours of sleep every day. So sleep before 10PM if you want to wake up early.

Things you have to Avoid -


> Tobacco.
> fast food.
> Alchoal - It Damages your liver due to the liver can not filter waste products. And that's lead toxins in your body. So better stop drinking.
> Deep fried food.
