The main focus of this book is on waking up early like 5AM every day if you want to have happiness in your life. And in the 5AM club, the author tells you what you should do after you wake up, to make your day more productive.

Arthur will also tell you about the 20-20-20 rule. Like what you should do from 5 Am to 6Am. He divided this 1 hour into 3 parts and every part gets 20 minutes.

Now let's start 5AM club Book summary

 In a group of the business seminar, there were two people -

1. A lady entrepreneur who was Depressed and frustrated because of her business losses.

2. Artist - who want to be more creative.

Both lady entrepreneur and an artist start talking with each other. Then they saw a man who was wearing very old fashioned clothes.

This man was looking like a beggar but he was wearing an expensive watch worth 100000 $.

Now lady entrepreneurs and artists start to talking with that man. And now they know that this man is a Bilinear.

He was wearing those old clothes as a reminder of his early days.

Now he tells them - he knows the best technique that will make you rich and most of the richest people are using this technique.

He tells them I can teach you this wold class technique free but if you meet with me at 5am the next day.

Next days the lady entrepreneur and artist meet with this Bilinear.

Bilinear now start telling them his secret formula for success -

He tells them only because of waking up at 5 am every day, makes his life so different.

Only because of 5AM he became Bilinear.

> He said his creativity increased.

> Energy became double

> Productivity became 3 times more

Then he said we spend our mental energy in so many things like -

Social media

Talking with others

News

Work

And when evening comes, there is no more energy left in our brain. We can not concentrate on one thing.

But when we wake up at 5am our brain part prefrontal cortex stop working for some time.

This part of the brain is responsible for reasoning and thinking. Due to this, we stop overthinking is the morning and can focus easily on one task.

Next Billinear told them about 4 pillars and everyone should have these 4 pillars in there life in a balanced state -

1. Mindset - Positive thinking

2. Heart set - Well emotional life. You should know how to control your emotions.

3. Heath set - Exercise

4. Soul set - Spitualty or meditation

Then he said fist things you should do in the morning are -

1. Excercise - You should sweat.

By doing this Cortisol hormone level will drops in your brain. This hormone is responsible for fear and anxiety.

And a new connection will form in your brain. And you can learn anything easily.

2. Then you should do meditation for some time.

By doing this your mind became peaceful.

3. Learn something by reading or watching.

And you should sleep early at night like before 10pm.

And if you want to develop a habit, you have to do it daily for at least 66 days. First, you find the change so difficult, but if you keep on doing it till the end, you will feel amazing.

1. Exercise every day -  Yes, this is the first thing to do if you want to be fit and healthy in life. Do the daily exercise for 1 hour.
