If you want to waste or ruin your life do masturbation frequently your wish comes true.

Masturbation harms our brain the same as a dangerous drug does. And also you will become so week physically.

Only this is the one habit that will destroy your life if you are addicted to it. You don't need other bad habits, only this one alone can do it for you.

- Your confidence will become so low - Because we know it's bad but still keeps on doing it. And that practice leads us to the dark side of life.

- Stat living isolated - Because you feel so low.

- Feel frustrated - Because you can not do what you wish in your life.

4. LAZINESS -

Laziness is procrastination. We don’t want to do good things because we give so many excuses.

I will start doing exercise or any good habits from next week. And when next week comes, we say I will sure do it from 1st of the next month. When 1st date comes, you will say next year sure.

And these cycles continue for years and we are still the same as before. 

How can we become successful if we keep on repeating our mistakes?

If you have knowledge but you are not using it so there no use of that.

We all know to do these things are good for us -

> Exercise

> Wake up early

> Walking

> Eating more fruits and vegetables

> Meditation

But if we will not take any action so what is the use of that knowledge.

5. INTROVERT -

Yes, living alone is also a habit. If you are shy and don’t like to interact with people, your chance of getting success will be low.

Human is a social animal he needs company. He needs to talk and share his thoughts will other humans. It makes him relax and happy.

An unsocial or introvert can suffer from a mental disorder as well.

If you have good amounts of friends and you know many people, your life will be happy. Your self-confidence will be better and you will make better decisions in life. 

6. EATING BAD -

Fast and processed food leads so many diseases in our bodies. These bad food include -

Popcorn

Chips

Soda

Processed food

Cakes

Cookies

Candy

Chocolate

Flavored juice drinks

French fries

Canned food

These foods are bad because -

> They have bad fat, Suger and sodium.

If you consume bad food regularly you will suffer from -

> Depression

> weak bones
