Whenever we make a plan to visit a new country, we should know how safe that country is. Thailand is rated as the safest country for tourists. That's why millions of people visit Thailand every year.
But you should avoid some areas and bad practices in Thailand. And these areas are - Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and Songkhla provinces.
While you are in Thailand you should -
1. Be alert, don’t trust anyone blindly.
2. Keep eyes on your belonging.
3.If someone approaches you just ignore. People will come and ask you if you need some beautiful girl or tour package. They will scam you.
4. Keep your important documents in hotel locker like your passport and ATM cards.
5. Buy a money belt and put your all electronic items there. Don’t carry a backpack in crowded places.
6. Don’t drink Tap water in Thailand it can cause serious health issues.
7. Use Grab App if a taxi driver refuses to go with a meter.
8. Avoid Ping Pong shows. These adult shows happen in the bar in Thailand. And most of the time the bar member will make the wrong and huge bills that you need to pay.
Patpong area is very famous for doing these bill scams.
9.If you want to rent a scooter just see the company review first. And check all the parts of the scooter is working properly.
10. Make a copy of all your important documents and keep originals in the hotel safe. You should also keep important documents images on your phone.
11. Don’t take any drink from strangers.
12. Watch your bag when your riding public transportation like Tuk-Tuk or motorbike.
13. Drink in the limit. Don’t be so thirsty while outside. Yaa you can drink as much you can only in your hotel.
14. Be aware, human trafficking is a major issue in Thailand.
15. Cross the roads carefully. Roads accidents are very common in Thailand. When you are crossing a road in Thailand we aware, see all around first.
16. Its better don’t talk about the Thai king in Public. If you said something negative about the Thai king, you have to suffer a lot.
