 Khao soi is one of the most popular dishes in Chiang Mai Thailand. Khao soi is a yellow egg noodle dish with coconut milk curry and any kind of meat (most of the time its chicken).

This dish tastes so Yummy. Khao soi originally comes from Burma in Thailand.

Khao soi in Chiang Mai is served with - fresh lime wedges, shallots, cabbage pickled, and roasted chillis.

Most of the ingredients in Khao soi are -

- Coconut milk

- Chillis

- Lemongrass

- Ginger

- Turmeric

- Garlic

- Thai lime leaves

- Cardamom

- coriander seed

- Thai shrimp paste

- Yellow egg noodles

- Crispy fried egg noodles

This restaurant is so much popular for eating Khao Soi. They make very nice Khao soi.

You can reach Khao Soi Islam from Khao soi Khun Yai by walking its only 2.7 Km.

3. HUEN PHEN RESTAURANT -

This market opens on Saturday from 4 PM to 10 PM. This market is also known as Wui Lai Market. 

Here you can enjoy tasty Khao soi as well. The cost will be 40 Baht.
