Most don’t know what are the health benefits of taking sunlight. Best time to get sunlight in the morning and in the evening, not in the afternoon. Too much exposure to UV light can burn the skin.

Studies have shown that the countries where sunlight can't reach, people suffer there more with depression.

Sunlight is the food for our cells, they perform better when they take sunlight. But right now most of us are so busy in our life, we are not getting enough sunlight. And that leads to many health issues.

We are spending most of our time inside our house.

What are the Health benefits of taking Sunlight

Sungazing -


Sungazing is an ancient practice In where you look at the sun for at least 15 minutes.

Sungazing should be done in the early morning when the sun is arising and late evening while sunset.

Don’t do it in the afternoon because it will harm off course.

Just look at the sun like you looking at the TV. Yes, you can blink your eyes.

You can stand or sit but do it in naked feet means don’t wear shoes or sleepers.

Sunlight increases the release of dopamine and serotonin. And these chemicals are known as Happy feeling chemicals. 

Even doctors will also suggest you take some sunlight every day if you want to cure Depression.


3. Increase the level of testosterone -
In studies shows that regular sunlight increases the level of male hormone Testosterone. 

That hormone is very important for maintaining better physical and mental health in men.

4. Increase blood flow -
When sunlight touches your skin it makes blood flow better. Now this blood can carry toxins easily and throw out urine and sweat.

So if you have high blood pressure then you should take sunlight every day.

5. Skin Health -
There are thousands of small pores in our skin. They should be opened every time for better skin health. 

But due to dirt and other issues, they get closed and we suffer many skin and health problems.

But when we get enough sunlight these pores get open and waste comes out from these. Now they will work better and can easily throw toxin out.

And all of the skin problems will be gone like Acne and Psoriasis.

6. Help to absorb important nutrients -
Sunlight helps our body to absorb some important nutrients like Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, and Phosphorus from our food.

7. Makes the Digestive system better -
Sunlight enhances, Improves digestion, and that makes your digestive system healthy.


Best time to take sunlight -

Morning and evening for 30 minutes. And don’t wear thick cloths, wear white-colored cotton cloths. If you can only very fewer clothes that will be better.

Man can be only worn short don’t wear anything except shorts. Sunlight should be touch directly on your skin, navel, legs, and back.

Don’t use sunscreen while you are taking sunlight in the morning and evening.

You have to do it every day for getting sunlight benefits.

While doing Sunzaing or Taking sunlight you can do the deep breathing exercises. That will add extra benefits to your body.
